H4 Hotel Munster - Munster (North Rhine-Westphalia)

Hotel has ideal location in the city centre, staff were very friendly, room was spacious and comfotable.

Excellent breakfast, spacial room, very nice bathrooms with heated floors.

Stayed at this hotel on our way home from our holidays. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome after a long drive. The hotel was situated in the old part of Munster and very central perfect for exploring and shopping. Very comfortable, clean and a good german breakfast. Parking in an underground secure car park costs 15 eur. Munster was a very interesting city to visit and I can recommend Treff Hotel.

We liked location, design inside and outside appearance, the openenss of space providing a feeling of generousness, modernity, comfort and ease. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good in quality, selection of offered food, attentive and friendly staff, really great looking room, all together all good value for money, would always return if we pass Münster and need a bed.

Great central location, close to shopping, restaurants, in the heart of a beautiful city.

What a shame, the room was a nice beautiful suite, with tall ceilings and huge windows, but furnished poorly. It felt like I was in the waiting room at the dentists office. Not even a comfortable chair to relax in or watch tv.

Very nice modern hotel, with clean rooms and an excellent location, right in the mid of shopping area, very close to main railway station and the most interesting areas of the city. Internet is available in the rooms with no extra charges.

A modern, comfortable and clean hotel in the middle of the town centre of Muenster. Ideal for shopping. In between one can easily drop of some purchases in the hotel or have a little rest if one gets tired. the parking spaces underneath the hotel are also very handy. Good breakfast buffet.

This was the second time we booked this hotel and last time we had coffee and tea making facilities and a minibar in the room. In both cases we just booked the cheapest rate room. So that was a bit disappointing. Furthermore it would be nice if the hotel could provide a list with restaurants in Muenster as they are quite difficult to find.

Treff Hotel is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Our room was spacious and light. Good location: close to train station and in city centre.

Fantastic location, large renovated rooms, perfect for city trips to wonderful Münster

the room maid was very helpful, but the man at the reception was very arrogant and not helpful at all, [we had to stay with our baby in a "smoking room" (although we booked a non smoking room), our key card didn't function in the elevator, but he didn't want to change anything, "just try harder!" so we did, we walked up the stairs ... ]

Staff were very accommodating. Phenomenal breakfasts!

Ac didn't work; electricity went out. Staff moved me to a junior suite without extra charge.

The hotel is perfect for business people. Its right in the center, but there is no ambiance. The rooms are in a separate building from the reception. The rooms are nice, but no bathtub, just a shower. We had great weather, but if it had rained, we would have missed a nice lobby.

We did not like it that the rooms were in a different building from the reception. So it felt rather like renting a room, than being in a hotel.

The staff were nice and helpful.

The hotel is split between towo buildings. So, we checked into one building, but then had to haul our things outside to another building down the road. Awkward and would have been a real pain if raining.
